Who runs this site

Wisdom Teeth Removal (wisdomteethremoval.ie) is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. Contact: privacy@wisdomteethremoval.ie.

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent dental practice whose dentists are on the Dental Council register. The practice assesses you, gives you the price and does the treatment, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction. We are not a dental practice and we don't give clinical advice.

What we collect

When you send the Removal check: your answers, including health details about your teeth (what's going on with the tooth, which jaw, how many teeth, how you'd like it done and whether you have a medical card), your county, the result, your first name, your mobile number and, if you give it, your email address. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

To pass your request and your Removal check answers to one Dental Council registered dentist or oral surgeon who covers your county, so they can contact you about an assessment. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the Removal check, and which covers the health details about your teeth. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one Dental Council registered dentist or oral surgeon who covers your county, and no one else. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@wisdomteethremoval.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
